I think no one have ever thought of these days in their scariest dream also. Suddenly everything thing has changed in our life better we can say our lifestyle has changed completely.

The buzzing of the alarm clock and rushing in the morning, the busy weekend outings, planning for travel all these things seems to be history now.

After spending few months of quarantine, a little I am getting used to or I can say I am trying to familiarize myself with it.

It is very easy for us to become unfocused at this time and spend the whole day uselessly, but at the end of the day we feel guilty. I realized a thing very clearly in this quarantine that if there is no routine in your life, your productivity is simply zero.

Researchers have found that happiness and productivity are very much related to each other.

So here I have listed few ways according to me which keep me motivated during this quarantine.

  • Make a Routine

A routine is very essential to have a disciplined life. Try to set a fixed time for waking , meals and other daily chores. An effective time planning yields much “me time”.

  • Reduce Time on Social Media

It is important to keep ourselves updated with latest news but now social media is flooded with pandemic news which mostly create panic and anxiety among us. Its better to talk with old friends and distant relatives to have a heartfelt conversation than being distressed by scrolling down the news.

  • Love yourself: Self Care

Yes ,You can’t love anyone if you don’t love yourself. You can’t take care of your family if you don’t take care of yourself. Everyone should have some time for themselves. That is the golden time of your day. Do whatever makes you feel good and relaxed . Be it skin care, reading books, trying new recipes, watching web series , painting or whatever it is.

  • Eat healthy- Workout Regularly

Its high time we can change our diet for better healthy life. Atleast one brighter side of this pandemic is that we can’t munch on all those high calorie junk food and restricted to home made food only. A healthy balanced diet food will boost our immune system and will make us more resistant to Covid-19. Along with this a regular work out of any type will show amazing benefits .

  • Organize life as well as spaces

As we are trying to maintain a routine life to live a more organized life but the clutter in our home is very much responsible to feel down. So we can take advantage of this down time to reorganize our home by decluttering which gives extra space to our home. We can change or add few decor pieces which gives a new look to our home. These all little changes can make us rejuvenate.

  • Don’t stress yourself

We all know we are going through a difficult time, but we need to realize that this is the life now. We have to deal with it. Its very important for us to know that each person is dealing this phase of life differently. You should never compare yourselves with others claiming to learn or doing so many things during this quarantine. Instead of that you should focus on yourself and enjoy the moment and celebrate for each little things you have achieved. Love yourself and believe yourself, thats it.
