There are some people in your life who shares negative vibes after any conversation. That people can be any one, may be your co-worker, relative or any any friend. You get a worst feeling after interacting with them. This type of people has the nature of complaining and pointing the bad out of everything. These are those toxic people we find hard to deal with. Dealing with these toxic people make you feel depressed and exhausted. The best way to maintain your sanity is to keep distance from them, don’t get yourself involved in their conversations and at times refuse to their proposal and move on your own way. This will actually feel you much lighter, sometimes it is necessary to be strict to give yourself that inner peace.
2) Throw Out Negative Thoughts
Most of the people struggle with the continuous heads up of negative thoughts by our brain. That smashes our peace and joy and give us stress, anxiety and depression. 6) Spend Less Than You Earn
This is very easy to read and easy to understand too, but then also many people often do this mistake of spending more than they earn. My two favorite tips here are spending less than you earn and learning to say no. Both of those can drastically improve your life even if you do nothing else.

I love that getting rid of toxic people is on top of your list. this is something I struggled with the most but once I learned how to, my life became more simple and happier.
