  1. Select your task need to be completed
  2. Set a timer to 25 minutes
  3. Work till the timer rings
  4. Take a short break of 5-10 minutes
  5. Go back to step 2 and repeat until you finish 3 pomodoros
  6. Start 4th pomodoro and then after finishing fourth pomodoro take a long break of 20 to 30 minutes.

Frequent breaks in pomodoro technique helps our mind to focus more on the task. You can get rid of procrastination guilt. When each pomodoro finish, it gives you a sense of accomplishment and keeps your spirit high to get your job done on time.

No, we are not supposed to waste time, we should learn to say no, set healthy boundaries and a clear image of what is not possible for us. We need to learn to value our time.
